How can I contact Yahoo via E-mail for help ?

I use Att /yahoo browser w/ IE 6.0 ,classic email,Windows XP.

The 'file ' on browser will not provide a link when I click on 'send to' .The 'compose form' comes up blank.

Then when I click on the 'Mail' icon to compose it just flips to Home Page. ?

I tried repeatedly to email Yahoo help %26amp; after I complete my message tells me "experiencing temporary difficulty, try again in a few minutes"

I then lose all I had written.

I find E-mail to be a much easier way to find the help I need rather than the phone contact as the wait is too long %26amp; I can do this at my convenience.

Anyone have an E-mail address to go directly ???
