How can I set Yahoo mail as the default email program on Firefox?

I accidentally selected Gmail as my default email program on Firefox (by clicking "yes" on the popup window). I want to switch back to Yahoo mail but, Fire fox would not let me. I have already tried to do it in Control Panel%26gt;Internet Options. It only works with Internet Explorer, not on Firefox.
