I cannot access mail on one yahoo address...2 others fine?

I am being blocked from opening one e-address and it is not a PC problem as happens at internet cafe too. I am using correct password. Get to mail page then go to open mail and am referred back to sign-on window. Ad infinitum! help please!! nothing to do with browser,cookies, cache etc...tried all that. Been going on for 3 weeks now.
