What is meaning of Error Code 0xc0000005 on Installing Windows Vista?

I have a Windows Vista Bootable DVD. When I try to install that Windows, open a follwing error masage.

"Error Code = 0xc0000005"

If you know some details or information about that error please inform to me via E-mail.

My Computer have following qualification.

2.8 GHz Processor

64MB VGA Memory

632MB Ram (DDR)

Drive C: has 30GB with 23GB Free Space.

Operating System is Windows XP sevice pack 2

Error Code 0xc0000005 in Windows Vista means access violation in memory. In most of the cases this is caused by a faulty RAM. Change your RAM with another one and then test.
