Many people are having the same problem. The resent time change may have something to do with it. Hopefully Yahoo is quick about fixing the problem.
Mine says the same thing, tried everything and can't access the mail. Just have to wait until it is fixed

I am having the same problem and just found out when I read your question so I guess Yahoo is having a problem with the mail.... Hope I was helpful.
