I have AT%26amp;T yahoo! And the music jukebox never did work unless windows made it to down load some music. The browser only works half the time. The mail doe,s not work seventyfive persent of the time. The internet goes and does what it want,s. But Windows and other serveces work,s great%26gt;

Sounds like you need to do some serious system cleanup. First uninstall any programs you don't absolutely need and remove any icons from the bottom right of your screen you don't need. Next click on start then startup. If you see any programs you don't need, it's safe to delete these icons. These programs open when you startup Windows. Next you need to get a registry cleaner such as Ashampoo. Belive me, you'll be glad you did. Next check for viruses and spyware. These can slow down your system considerably.

Give these a try and if you still have problem it may be something more serious.

You answered your own question. anything behind 98? is slower then a turtle. That was the dumbest simile I have ever used...
Mate, time to get a new one!
Some things you could do to help speed it up would be, buy more ram, run spybot, and adaware if you don't already. you could also run msconfig and cancel some of the unnecessary start up programs.
