I have no" compose frame" as illistrated in the mail tutorial. When I click on compose, I get an "attach file" window and that is it, I can not compose nor send an e-mail. Would some kind person please take the time to give me some advice and direction?

Your mail might be too full, then it wont let you send or receive ..just read! Make sure and check
