Each time I'm prompted to type in the password I type it in correctly, but the window just refreshes with a new passwork verification page - and no mail access. I can change my account settings, password etc, but can't access my mail - what's happening??
I'm signed into yahoo. When I try to access mail, I'm asked to verify password - but I still can't access it..microsoft zune
Click on "forgot password", re-enter it. If this does not work, use "change password".
