Need to stop a security warning from constantly popping up when I am on e-mail?

When I am on my Yahoo e-mail, I have an obnoxious pop up security warning window that I can鈥檛 get rid of. It Constantly pops up. The security warning says: 鈥淭he current web page is trying to open a site on the internet. Do you want to allow this? Current site: http://ad.yieldmanager.com Internet site: res://ieframe.dll 鈥?

I have yahoo pop up blocker enabled but it doesn鈥檛 seem able to block this. it keeps poping up several times a minute. How can I stop this? Is this a virus?
